Native Californian born in San Diego, Gilbert moved to San Luis Obispo in 1980.  Married for over 31 years, Gilbert and his wife love the Lake Nacimiento area where Gilbert is heavily involved in activities for the betterment of the community.  He volunteers much of his free time helping with fundraisers for saving Nacimiento Lake and various charitable causes such as "Food Bank" which helps our local residents in need. Gilbert holds a license as a Realtor, General and Landscape Contractor with vast knowledge of the construction industry, which supplements his real estate expertise in our area.  Gilbert is currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Heritage Ranch Homeowners Association and in the past has held the positions of Board President and Treasurer.

Gilbert has extensive knowledge in the solar industry having once operated a solar water-heating business “Colt Solar” in the eighties.   He is happy to be part of the Absolute Solar family and looks forward to serving the needs of his clientele.
